【Welding Process Description】

(1) The commonly used base material is 6 series or 7 series aluminum, and the new welding surface is not allowed to have vibration marks or breaks. The welding surface should not leave oil or other dirt, impurities, and wool;

(2) The copper sheet is made of rolled copper, the copper content is 99.95%, the thickness of the commonly used material is 38+3UM, single-sided gold-plated, the gold-plated side faces up, and the gold-plated thickness is 10-20uim;

(3) Adhesive thickness 10um Welding jigs and welding heads: Welding jigs, the bottom support uses hard materials, such as aluminum alloy or stainless steel, bakelite is not allowed, and the product must be pressed tightly to fit the bottom seat. The welding part is partially supported, and the fixing method is vacuum or cylinder pressure. The cover plate can be bakelite or acrylic plate. The welding head is made of high-speed powder steel, 62-64HRC, and the welding area is 4*4mm.
