June 1996

Guangzhou New Power Technology Development Center was established in Dongshan District, Guangzhou, and began to engage in the research and development of ultrasonic technology.

 

May 1997

Under the leadership of Mr. Yan Jinxuan, the president of the company, we successfully developed the first ultrasonic plastic welding machine for nonwoven welding after more than three months of painstaking research, which has reached the first-class level in China.

 

August 1998

The first ultrasonic metal roll welding machine for the aluminum-plastic tube industry was successfully developed, and the successful launch of this type of welding machine played a key role in breaking the monopoly of foreign products in this field and reducing the cost of domestic aluminum-plastic tube products.

 

October 1998

Ltd. successfully developed the first ultrasonic metal spot welding machine for the precision welding of battery components in China's Shenzhou-1 spacecraft, making important contributions to the independent manufacture of cutting-edge equipment for the country.

In order to meet the new business development needs and according to the company's new development strategic plan, "Guangzhou New Power Technology Development Center" was officially renamed "Guangzhou New Dongli Ultrasonic Electronic Equipment Co.

 

March 1999

The company's ultrasonic metal welding machine was used by the domestic well-known lithium enterprises Shenzhen Huayue Bao and Shenzhen Bangkai, due to excellent product cost performance, soon after, our products were successfully stationed in the domestic leading international lithium enterprises ATL (Dongguan New Energy, acquired by Japanese enterprises TDK in 2005) and Tianjin Lishen; since then, the company began a series of lithium manufacturing according to the different technological characteristics of the lithium battery. By the end of 2011, the company has launched more than 100 different models and specifications of ultrasonic welding machines, delivering a total of more than 500 domestic and foreign lithium enterprises more than 5,000 sets of various types of ultrasonic welding equipment.

The company's "containing arsenic sulfur and other difficult gold ore ultrasonic pretreatment method" and "a use of ultrasonic technology to prepare nanomaterials method and equipment" two scientific research results were respectively authorized by the national invention patent, proving that the company in the ultrasonic practical technology development has been among the forefront of the country.
