Ultrasonic waves are introduced in the process of preparing graphene. From the results of electron microscopy, it can be seen that as the processing time increases, the size of the obtained graphite flakes becomes smaller. After 48 hours, the processing time has less influence on the size of the graphite flakes. Proved that 48 hours of processing time is better.
